By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products & Orders

  • We sell outdoor furniture and structures, including outdoor chairs, balcony pergolas, and outdoor small tables.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Color & Material Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and natural variations in materials (wood grain, powder coating, resin), actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from product images . These natural variations are not considered defects.

  • Many of our products are custom made at the time of order and require production time (typically 3-5 weeks) before shipping .

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for proper assembly, installation, placement, and maintenance of all products.

  • You must:

    • Follow all assembly instructions meticulously. Some products (especially pergolas) may require two people.

    • Ensure the installation surface (balcony, patio, ground) is level, stable, and capable of supporting the product's weight and intended use.

    • Adhere to all weight limits for chairs and tables.

    • Use products only for their intended outdoor residential purpose.

    • Regularly inspect furniture for loose hardware, rust, or damage and address promptly .

    • Take reasonable precautions (using covers, storing cushions, disassembling canopies) during severe weather and off-seasons .

  • Improper assembly, installation on uneven surfaces, failure to secure against wind, or exceeding weight limits can result in property damage, personal injury, or product failure.

3. Safety Compliance
Our products are designed to comply with applicable U.S. safety standards, including:

  • ASTM F2280 / F2288 for outdoor furniture stability and structural integrity .

  • CPSC 16 CFR 1303 for lead content limits .

  • Applicable California Proposition 65 chemical safety requirements .

  • Federal flammability standards for upholstered components .

4. Weather & Environmental Exposure

  • Outdoor products are designed to withstand normal weather conditions but are not indestructible. Extreme weather (high winds over 50-60 mph, heavy snow, hail, hurricanes) may cause damage not covered under warranty .

  • You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions during severe weather events.

5. Warranty Information

  • All warranties are offered and processed by the manufacturer. Our customer service team is here to help you file claims .

  • After the first year, customers may be responsible for freight and delivery charges on warranty replacements .

  • Freeze damage, wind damage, and damage from lack of maintenance are not covered by manufacturer warranties .

  • The manufacturer's decisions are binding and final on all warranty claims .

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from improper assembly, wind damage, water damage, sun fading, rust from lack of maintenance, personal injury, or property damage.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
