Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Times

  • Many of our products are custom made at the time of order. The product page states the estimated production time (typically 3-5 weeks) before shipping .

  • In-stock items are processed within 3-7 business days.

  • During peak ordering seasons, production times may fluctuate. We will notify you of any significant delays .

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii requires additional fees . We partner with:

  • Small Parcels (Chairs, Small Tables): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Freight Items (Pergolas, Large Sets, Multiple Items): Specialized freight carriers (LTL carriers) 

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Free standard shipping is offered on qualifying orders within the contiguous 48 states .

  • Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in the FAQ. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees.

4. Delivery Process for Freight Items

  • Once your order arrives at the nearest destination terminal, the freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a 4-hour delivery window .

  • Standard delivery is curbside or threshold (driveway/doorstep) delivery. The driver will not bring the item inside or upstairs unless prior arrangements (White Glove service) have been made for an additional fee .

  • Inspection is critical: Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect all packages for visible damage. If damage is visible, note it clearly on the delivery receipt ("Package damaged - subject to inspection") and take photos .

5. Shipping Damages & Claims
All products are insured during shipping .

  • Visible Damage: Noted on delivery receipt – we will work to get a replacement product .

  • Concealed Damage (discovered after unboxing): Contact us within 72 hours with clear photos of the damage and all packaging . We will assist in filing a claim. Claims can take time to resolve.

  • If you refuse a damaged shipment without noting damage, you may be subject to cancellation fees .

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 3 business days of placing it without penalty .

  • Orders that have entered production (custom furniture) are subject to a cancellation fee (typically 20%) .

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled .
