Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor furniture. Due to the size, nature, and outdoor use of these products, please review this policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, unassembled condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact .
2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
The following items and situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used or Assembled Items: Any outdoor chair, balcony pergola, or outdoor table that has been assembled, used, exposed to outdoor elements, or shows any signs of wear (including scratches, rust, sun fading, or weather exposure) .

Outdoor-Exposed Items: Products that have been placed outside, even if only for a short time .

Custom or Special Order Items: Pergolas or furniture ordered in specific sizes, colors, or configurations .

Cushions and Accessories: Replacement cushions and fabric accessories are generally non-returnable once opened .

Final Sale Items: Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," "Open Box," or "As-Is."

Missing/Damaged Packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact or is damaged.

Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, weather exposure, or accidents .
3. Return Process & Fees (For Eligible Unassembled Items)

To Initiate: Contact our customer service within 30 days to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted .

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all protective materials, hardware, and instructions .

Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for safely repacking the item and arranging return shipping .

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For large items like pergolas and furniture sets, these costs can be significant .

Restocking Fee: A 15-25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all accepted returns to cover processing, inspection, and inventory loss . Custom orders may have a minimum 25% restocking fee .

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the return . Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable .
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different color, size, or style are handled as a return (following the process above) and a new purchase. Please place a new order for the desired item .
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing .

Provide clear photos/videos of the damage/defect and all packaging .

Keep all packaging materials.
We will arrange a replacement part, partial refund, or full replacement as appropriate. All products we ship are insured to cover damages in transit .
6. Concealed Damage
For damages discovered after unboxing (concealed damage), contact us immediately (within 72 hours) with photos. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier .
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 business days of placement. Custom furniture orders that have entered production are subject to a cancellation fee (typically 20%) . Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled .
